Mandy came to Washington Music Center in 2018 as a 20 year veteran in the music industry, working in music sales and marketing in Pennsylvania, Arizona and Maryland. She holds a degree in Music Industry Studies from Millersville University where she studied voice with Buddy James, acclaimed music scholar, conductor, and baritone soloist. Mandy keeps active as a competitive West Coast Swing Dancer, and is an avid fan of the WNBA.
